Returns and Refund Policy

Torisp accepts return requests for any product, whether defective or not. Please read the information below to understand the conditions and process for returning items and how to process refunds for returned orders.

RETURN

Return Conditions:

Only new products are eligible for return.

Return Timeframe:

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date. Items are not eligible for return or exchange after this time.

Responsibility for Shipping Returns Fee:

Torisp provides prepaid labels for returns, so the customer is not charged for return shipping.

Restocking Fee:

No restocking fee is charged to customers.

Return Method:

  1. Email support@torisp.shop with the subject “Request for Refund,” including your order number, item to be returned, along with the reason, and photos of the issue (if any).
  2. Please allow us 1–2 business days to receive your request, review it, and provide a prepaid return label.
  3. Download and print the prepaid return label we provide. Package your return items.
  4. Send the package to 8212 Collier Rd, Powell, Tennessee 37849, United States by dropping it off with the carrier specified on the return label.

Notification of Return Receipt:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned products to reach us may vary. You will be notified by email once we receive your returned items.

EXCHANGE

The product conditions of the exchange policy are similar to the return policy. The time limit for requesting an exchange is 30 days from the date of delivery. There is no charge for you to receive a replacement product.

REFUND

Refund Processing:

Returns are inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt. If approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

Refund Amount and Method:

The original shipping fee paid will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part and the entire order is returned. Approved refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
