At Torisp, we strive to deliver your order quickly, safely, and transparently. Please see our shipping policy details below:


1. Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, international shipping is not available.


2. Processing and Transit Time

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Business hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) are typically processed the next business day.

Typical timeframes are as follows:
Order Processing: 1–2 business days.
Estimated Transit Time: 4–7 business days (Contiguous U.S. (48 States): 4-5 business days. Alaska & Hawaii: 5-7 business days).

Please note:
– Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
– Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address and shipping carrier.

During the holiday season and peak sales periods, orders may be delivered a few days later than estimated. Additionally, orders may be delayed due to natural disasters, transportation issues, etc.


3. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.95 per order for all orders. Shipping cost applies per order, regardless of quantity or destination within the U.S.


4. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx, to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your order.


5. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Read more: Tax Information.


6. Product packaging

Torisp specializes fashion shoes, packaging specifications including:
– Main product (shoes), product tag, care instruction manual, thank you letter, shoe dust bag.
– Cardboard box with Torisp logo printed on it, foam insert inside to secure the shoes in place, and a plastic bag covering the cardboard box.

The weight of a pair of shoes ranges from 0.85 kg – 1.6 kg depending on the product type and size. The weight after packaging increases from 1.3 to 1.6 times the weight of the main product.

All products are fashion items of average weight and may be subject to deformation during transportation, but they will be carefully packaged and shipped in standard protective packaging.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please note:
– Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
– If tracking information hasn’t updated or shows unexpected delays, please contact us, we’ll assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.


8. Delivery Address Accuracy

To ensure successful and timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Torisp is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
– Incomplete or incorrect addresses
– Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers
– Undeliverable or restricted locations

Orders returned due to address errors may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.


9. Delivery Issues

If your order appears lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact us at support@torisp.shop.
Our team will work directly with the carrier to locate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
