1. ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

A. TIME FRAME

– You may request a cancellation or order modification within 24 hours after placing your order.

B. HOW TO CANCEL OR MODIFY

  1. Email support@torisp.shop with the subject line:
    “Order Cancellation/Modification Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  2. Include the following details:
    • For cancellation: “Please cancel my entire order #[number].”
      (Optional: include reason, such as “ordered by mistake” or “changed my mind.”)
    • For modification: List the items you want to change, add, or remove.
  3. Once your request is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email:
    • For cancellations: We’ll send a confirmation and a refund notification.
    • For modifications: You’ll receive an updated order summary and any adjusted charges.

Please note:
After 24 hours, most orders are already processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled or modified.


2. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

A. TIME FRAME AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

– Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).
– Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

B. RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact us at support@torisp.shop with the subject line:
    “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  2. Specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
  3. After approval, our team will provide return instructions.
  4. Ship the item(s) back following the provided directions.

C. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We carefully inspect all items before shipment, but if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we’ll make it right.

Proof Requirement:
To authorize a return or exchange for a defective/incorrect item, please provide photo or video evidence as requested by our support team. Without sufficient proof, Torisp reserves the right to decline the request.

Examples of defective items:
– Visible manufacturing flaws or damages
– Noticeable difference from the product description or color shown online
– Missing items from your order
– Damage occurring during shipment

Resolution Options:
– Replacement (free of charge), or
– Full refund to the original payment method

D. REFUND PROCESS

  1. Review: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 1–2 business days regarding approval or rejection.
  2. Processing: If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
  3. Bank timeline: Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.

Total expected refund time: 7–14 business days after your return is received.

E. NON-RETURNABLE OR FINAL SALE ITEMS

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
– Any items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” on the product page
– Accessories such as socks or foot liners sold in sealed packaging

Important Notes:
– Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) will not be accepted.
– Returned items must meet all stated conditions to qualify for refund or exchange.


3. EXCHANGE POLICY

A. TIME FRAME

We offer exchanges for eligible products within 30 days of delivery, excluding non-returnable items.

B. EXCHANGE PROCESS

    “Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  2. Include details of the item you want to exchange and your preferred size, color, or style.
  3. After approval, we’ll send you return instructions.
  4. Once your original item is received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement and send a tracking confirmation email.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

– If your return or exchange is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), Torisp covers the return shipping cost.
– If your return or exchange is due to a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or other personal reasons, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
