Return and Refund Policy

At Torisp, we value your satisfaction and want every customer to enjoy a smooth, worry-free shopping experience. We accept returns and exchanges for customers.

Please review our policy below for details on order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. CANCEL AN ORDER

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours after placing your order. Read more: Modify/Cancel Order.


2. EXCHANGE

Torisp accepts exchanges for all products as long as the item is new, unused and the request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

3. RETURN

We sincerely apologize if your order from us does not meet your expectations.
Torisp gladly accepts returns for both defective or non-defective items that you no longer need.

All returns are handled by mail.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
If we do not receive your return request within this timeframe, the item will no longer qualify for return.

Condition of Returned Items

Products must be new, unused, and in their original condition.

Return Label & Shipping Fees

Torisp will issue a prepaid return shipping label for all approved returns.
The label will be sent to your email, simply download and print, attach it to your package.
Customers do not pay any return shipping fees.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees for any return.


How to Return an Item

Step 1: Email us at support@torisp.shop with a photo of the item you received and your reason for the return.

Step 2: Our customer support team will review your request. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return label.

Step 3: Pack the item securely and mail it to the return address below: 8212 Collier Rd, Powell, Tennessee 37849, United States.

We will notify you via email as soon as we receive your return package.


4. REFUND

When Will You Receive Your Refund?

Once your return arrives, it will be inspected by our quality team within 2 business days.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 3 business days.

The maximum processing time for refunds is 5 business days from the date the returned package is received.

Refund Amount

For eligible returns, the refund will equal the price of the returned item.
If you return your entire order, you will receive a refund equal to the full amount paid.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing delays are possible).
  3. Contact your bank for posting timelines.
